Our company hosted a roundtable discussion in a question-and-answer format.
It is important for us to know and understand the issues that arise among our drivers. This allowed managers and drivers to thoroughly review various tasks. We also discussed emerging problems and ways to resolve them. At the meeting, we reviewed the year’s results and discussed the development plan for the current year.
Communication of this kind fosters constructive collaboration. It brings everyone at the table together, ensuring that no one is singled out or left out. This event helped to further strengthen team cohesion, which is essential for the team’s success.
