Roundtable discussion with drivers at Art-Trans

We hold annual roundtable meetings where drivers receive information about the company’s annual performance—results achieved through their hard work—and openly discuss existing issues.

These meetings help the company grow, strengthen team spirit, and improve the quality of logistics services for our customers.

On March 27, a regular roundtable discussion was held with managers and drivers in attendance.

During the meeting, participants discussed the current situation in the trucking market, changes in the industry, and the prospects for the development of transportation services.

Particular attention was paid to analyzing performance results, improving the efficiency of trips, evaluating how our work is perceived by customers, and the prospects for changes in transportation volumes under current economic conditions.

Issues regarding opportunities to improve drivers’ working conditions, increase income levels, and further develop incentive programs were also discussed.

Company management emphasized the importance of open communication with employees.

Each participant in the roundtable was able to ask questions of interest and receive detailed answers directly from management.
